Notes:

This pleasant garden backs onto the River Mimram. The dubious ground and difficult access meant steel-cased piles were the best solution for the foundations. Driven to a depth of approximately eight metres (26") by a portable rig with the compressor in the road at the front.

We laid a new patio with water features and lighting, fitted underfloor heating and floor tiles.
