This conservatory provides a whole new dimension to the downstairs of the house. To get best value from the available garden space, we positioned the conservatory right next to the boundary. Windows are highly undesirable in this situation, so a high wall was constructed which replaced the garden fence. This gives the interior of the conservatory a warmer feel, and adds additional value to the property.

We have used squints that match the feature bricks of the house. The dentil moulding beneath the gutter line was chosen to add decoration. All windows, doors and roof panels are of constant width, allowing roofing bars to fall in line with window mullions to enhance the aesthetics.
