This conservatory was part of a unique redevelopment of the property. The tiled roof onto which the conservatory joins is open internally and clad with timber, giving a tremendous feeling of light and space.

The rendering and paintwork (including the black plinth below D.P.C.) match the original building. All windows, doors and roof panels are of constant width, allowing roofing bars to fall in line with window mullions to enhance the aesthetics, and windows are "fully sashed" making it impossible to tell which ones open.
