A box-gutter was used between the existing extension and the conservatory. The brick (bovingdon multi's) match the house perfectly. A 1650mm high wall was built on the side to add privacy, and the small windows on top of the wall line up perfectly with the fanlight windows on the front of the conservatory. The single vertical Georgian bars in the fanlights batch the main building, with the windows beneath being clear for a clearer view.
Electric roof vents and undeerfloor heating were fitted, and a new pathway and drainage laid.
