The clients wanted as much space as possible, so we built this large T-shape conservatory across the back of the house.  A new stone patio was laid and the surface drainage reconfigured accordingly.

Various overflow pipes and extractor vents needed to be re-routed, in addition to dealing with several drainage inspection chambers where the conservatory was to be sited.
