This conservatory features a box gutter on two sides. All the widow and roof sections are of equal width, allowing the roof rafters to line up with the mullions. The external painted render finish blends in with the existing building.
A new retaining wall was built and a new patio laid. We used three different sizes of slab laid in a random pattern. The existing sewer pipes were above the damp-course level on the cottage, requiring skilful manipulation of levels to prevent having to replace the entire drainage system.
