This conservatory features folding-sliding doors that open one side almost fully and a high wall opposite. We inserted an RSJ and removed the wall to open the conservatory to the main house.

This meant the conservatory was subject to building regulations and as such needed to be as thermally efficient as a traditional brick and tile extension. The solar control glass also helps prevent overheating in summer. As the conservatory is used as a lounge/TV room, it needed to be at a comfortable temperature all year round.
